Learn about Japan's long history in distillation, their love of Bourbon & Scotch and the amazing whiskey that some say will be the next big boom in whiskey. Compared to the strict requirements imposed to make Scotch and Bourbon, Japan is unique, the only basic rule is that it must be made in Japan. This creates a wide array of styles and flavors that are truly unique. There is so much more to Japanese spirits than just Sake. Learn about the distinctive flavors and how to use them in cocktails and pair with food. Instructor: Brendan O'Toole
