This class is not about instant ramen noodles. Instead, this class is about traditional homemade Japanese ramen where we’ll start making ramen soup broth and fresh ramen noodles from scratch. In this interactive online class, you’ll learn how to make Tonkotsu ramen, the rich and creamy pork bone broth ramen. You’ll also learn how to make delicious chashu pork belly and slow-cooked pork shoulder served with marinated soft-boiled eggs. We’ll talk about various toppings and how to apply different cooking techniques to make ramen at home.
You’ll receive a zoom link and a recipe packet 3 days before the class starts. You are welcome to make noodles along in this class. There is an option to make easy chicken shoyu ramen in class. There are vegetarian and vegan options. You are also welcome to just watch and learn. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
