In the Iyengar method we sequence our practices by pose families, often focusing on only one pose family for an entire practice. In this workshop, we will learn about and experience sequencing pose families either as stand alone classes (e.g. a backbending or twisting practice) or in the accepted order they would follow in a general Iyengar class. This is a useful lens through which to develop your practice or teaching.
