First Course – Reuben Fritters 
Potato, sauerkraut, corned beef, housemade “1000 island” sauce 
Second Course – Beef and Guinness Hand Pies 
Guinness braised cabbage, ground beef, potato, onion wrapped in a delicate pastry 
Third Course – Irish Stew in Soda Bread Bowls 
Spring lamb, root vegetables, fresh herbs, cabbage, leeks, and potato in a rich beef stock 
Fourth Course – Shepherd’s Pie 
Ground mutton, onions, carrots, and garlic topped with creamy golden potatoes 
Fifth Course – Sour Cream Apple Cake
