Morning Star Zen Sangha, a Boundless Way Zen practice group, is hosting an introduction to Zen meditation. Zen teacher Mike Fieleke, Sensei will discuss how to achieve a comfortable, stable posture, how to begin practicing meditation, and how to follow the forms of Zen. Following the orientation, there will be an evening practice.


Morning Star Zen Sangha is an inclusive group, and we welcome everyone. We offer practice opportunities in Newton and Waltham (near Belmont and Watertown). For more information, please visit our event website.
