Morning Star Zen Sangha, a Boundless Way Zen practice group, will host an Introduction to Zen Meditation. Join us in practicing this ancient tradition that reveals your innate wisdom and compassion.


Zen teacher Mike Fieleke, Sensei will discuss how to achieve a comfortable, stable posture, how to begin practicing meditation, and how to follow the forms of Zen. Following the orientation, there will be an evening of practice.
