Krav Maga is an innovative and unique system of self-defense that has proven itself to be effective in extreme and hostile environments. Recognized globally by law-enforcement agencies as the most effective fighting system in existence, it is a brutally efficient form of self-defense, that is safe and non-injurious in its training methods.


This Saturday, Krav Maga Yashir in Woburn is hosting a 60-minute introduction into the system where those attending will be introduced to the fundamental concepts upon which the system is based and get to train effective self-defense techniques etc. The class is taught by 5th Degree Krav Maga Black Belt, Gershon Ben Keren (you can learn more about him by clicking here you can also read his blog by clicking here).

Whilst this class can be taken as a stand alone self-defense class, it is also a pre-requisite class for joining the school as a student, so if you are looking to take up a new activity this fall (learning to defend yourself whilst improving your fitness), this is a great starting point.
