Class Description: Want to learn some fun easy ways of taking charge of your health and wellness so you don’t have to worry about the chemicals in your medicine cabinet or under the sink? Come to the Essential Oils 101 class where we will learn the basics of Essential Oils, how to use them safely on adults and children. We will be talking about Young Living oils, the purest essential oils available on the planet.
At the end of the class, you will have a chance to make the following 2 items using essential oils:
1. Good Night Roll-On
2. Room Spray
