You’ll have the opportunity to experience a true immersion and excursion into the deeper calm with true inner reflection, grounding, strength, and peace.

This workshop is designed for practitioners with some heated flow experience. Please be comfortable practicing in the heat before you sign up for this Masterclass.

Bring water, and a towel. Consider an electrolyte drink for after class.
