Dumplings – the ultimate comfort food of dough wrapped around a filling – are staples in kitchens around the globe. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi you’ll make Central European Pan Fried Potato and Chive Perogies with Seasonal Greens and Sour Cream, Turkish Manti Dumplings with Lamb Sausage and Chive Yogurt Sauce, and Korean Mandu Dumplings with Vegetables and Spicy Soy Sauce. It doesn’t get more comforting than this!

To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
