In this workshop we will introduce practices for healing intergenerational patterns and open to the strength and wisdom in our lineage.


In every family there are heros, heroines, villains, and outcasts; people who are easy to love, and people who feel impossible to love. There have been great triumphs and death-defying difficulties.


We will be exploring how the experiences of the people and events in our family system influence our relationships, identity, and wellbeing today. We’ll learn how to break free from patterns that are no longer serving us and to come into relationship with the treasures in our family lineage that have been hiding in plain sight.

At this introductory workshop we will present how intergenerational healing becomes possible with Family Constellations and explore some experiential practices.
