In its second year, the Boston Theological Interreligious Consortium, Cooperative Metropolitan Ministries, and Newton Community Pride are cosponsoring a FREE “Interfaith Music Night” with the help of a BC comparative theology doctoral student, Jess Navarette. This event will be held on Saturday, March 23rd, 6:00-7:30pm, at Grace Episcopal Church, located at 76 Eldredge St. Newton, MA 02458, right off the 57-bus line (with plenty of parking in the neighborhood.) Featuring: Ever in Bloom – Kirtan Ensemble, an interreligious mix of friends, Rev. Hyunoh Kim from Won Buddhism of Boston, and various Christian representatives, including Gabi Makuc with Taizé-style chants. After an evening full of songs, chants, mantras, prayers, and meditations, vegan and vegetarian food will be provided.
