The richness and flavor of South Indian food is mainly attributed to the large array of spices and natural ingredients. In this online class we’ll make delicious chicken curry three different ways. We’ll start with making chicken curry powder from scratch. Then, we’ll make restaurant-style chicken curry, pepper chicken curry, and south Indian chicken curry. We’ll serve the curry with steamed basmati rice. We’ll talk about the history and culture of the food in India and the different styles of cuisines and health benefits of Indian spices. Instructor: Ashwini Ramanisankar
This class will meet in-person at CCAE with a limited student capacity. Our in-person class guidelines for the fall can be found at ccae.org/in-person-classes.
