Join expert cook and community member Valerie Sizhe Li in cooking dishes that carry the flavors of home: egg and tomato stir fry, soy-braised pork belly, and seaweed egg drop soup. Head over to the Pao Arts Center after work or class to sizzle, simmer, and enjoy a delicious dinner!
The fee is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by BCNC. Materials will be provided.
About the Artist:
Valerie covers kitchen and cooking as a staff writer for Reviewed, a part of the USA TODAY Network. An experienced home cook, she loves experimenting with the cuisines of countries she's visited. Directions: The Pao Arts Center is located in the One Greenway building, 99 Kneeland Street and is wheelchair accessible. For GPS driving directions, use 66 Hudson Street, Boston, MA 02111. From Hudson Street, walk up the stairs or take the ramp across the deck to the 99 Albany Street entrance. The public parking garage entrance is on Hudson Street. The Pao Arts Center is accessible by the MBTA green, red, and orange lines.
