This screenwriting workshop is designed to provide a safe space exclusively for queer and/or trans centered screenplay ideas. The first session includes the basics of screenwriting, the analysis of queer stories and characters, and the creation of a treatment divided by three acts. The second session is dedicated to reading the first 5-10 pages of each student's work and providing feedback as a class.


2 sessions - Wednesdays - October 13th & October 20th - 5:30-6:30pm - with Alfonso Mateo
