New England is famous for small farms, seafood, berries, and sweets. Join Dagmar to cook a meal celebrating famous local food. We’ll make clam chowder, baked scrod, maple sweetened carrots, blueberry muffins, apple and cranberry crisp, and Toll House cookies (yes, a Massachusetts specialty!). Instructor: Dagmar Smith
