Join us Sunday mornings this winter to feel good & let go of stress! IceFlow is a FREE, relaxing, and fun way to ice skate!


IceFlow is a yoga-inspired skating class for Adults of all skill levels. Skaters stretch, breathe, and glide together to music doing simple skating moves. The focus is on the breath - how it connects to movement, and helps us enjoy the present moment.


Elin Schran has been teaching IceFlow for over 15 years. Her positive, non-judgmental approach ensures that all participants feel welcome and free to skate within their own comfort zone.
