Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind.
This Wednesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s wisdom teachings and how it can be applied to our modern life.
Each week will include:
July 3 - Exchanging self with others w/ Ricardo Díaz-Alarcón
July 10 - Great compassion w/ Ricardo Díaz-Alarcón
July 17 - Concentration tips w/ Leela Dodda
July 24 - Love vs. Attachment w/ Henna Ahuja
July 31 - The Power of Patience w/ Evie Enslow
Registration: $12 per class, free for members. Register at the door or online in advance at: https://www.meditationinboston.org/wednesdays-in-cambridge
