Make your own cheese and charcuterie board! In this free class Brighton-based MaryCharcuterie (@marycharcuterie on Instagram) will walk through flavor combos and styling tips to make a delicious board for you and your family or friends.
This class will be LIVE from Zone 3’s Facebook page, so stop by Trader Joe's beforehand to pick up your favorite snacks and follow along. Not going shopping? Not a problem. We’ll go over improvising with what you have on hand and how to make different combinations work!
What You’ll Need:
1. Cheese! I like to use at least two cheeses, but use what you can find! In an ideal world, there is at least one hard cheese and one soft cheese
2. Crackers/Carbs: Any types you like, usually I use at least two types.
3. Meat: Salami, prosciutto, or both. Thinly sliced salami works best.
4. Dips/Spreads: Honey or jam (and a little bowl for it, if you have it)
Optional:
1. Fruit: grapes, pears, apples, cherries, etc. Don't pre-chop anything!
2. Sweets & Accessories: this is where you can get creative with your pantry. I like to add little chocolates, candies, cookies, extra crackers, nuts, olives, pickles, etc.! Bring your creative side and your snack drawer.
This class is a part of the Zone 3 Skill Build summer program.
