Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits.
Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. And we can do it!
This Tuesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s teachings on the nature and function of our mind. Each week will include:
Saturday, October 28 at 7pm - Special event with International Buddhist Teacher Kadam Morten Clausen
Tuesday, November 14 - How to Actualize our Potential
Tuesday, December 12 - Key Meditations for the Holiday Season.
Location: These classes are held at the Church of the Covenant, 67 Newbury St.
Cost: $12 per class / free for members.
