Join the Racial Justice Collaborative for a historical overview of systemic white supremacy and black oppression in the United States. Hosted by Pharaoh Saunders and Diane Wong, this workshop consists of a multimedia presentation and discussion of events starting from the US constitution to the present-day wealth gap. This is an opportunity for you to talk about race.
Our mission is to heal our racial divide; working toward that, we show how and why the divide came about and why it still exists today, more than 250 years after the end of the Civil War, the Emancipation Proclamation, and the 13th and 14th amendments.
This workshop is the second in the Each One Teach One series.
