***Hot Sauces***
The Grass is Greener
________
Everyone needs a mild side, this is ours. Fresh cilantro, basil, and lemongrass share the spotlight on this taco topper. Bright citrus flavors will be the first thing you taste, followed by a slight Jalapeno kick with lime.
Low Heat
Sweet Release
________
The one that started it all. A blend of Mango, Passion Fruit, and Habanero peppers. The heat from the peppers will consume your mouth, followed by some 'Sweet Release' from the fruit-combo.
Medium Heat
Master Tater
________
An abundance of leftovers and boredom in late November led to Jon's favorite sauce. A special blend of spices and sweet potato create a unique Thanksgiving flavor profile, followed by building heat at the back of your palette.
High Heat
Tapped Out
________
We needed to create something for all the heat lovers out there. So we got to work in 2018 and created 'Tapped Out'. Using Vermont Maple Syrup and Smoked Chipotle peppers this sauce starts sweet and smokey. Our pepper blend takes over after a few seconds and lingers for a good 30 seconds after. Great on anything with bacon, mushroom based 'Fak'n', tofu, ribs, and did we mention bacon?
High Heat
Ragin' Bajan
________
We heard it at almost every market that we needed a truly "hot" sauce. So we turned to Barbados for some inspiration. A little tang with tropical fruits and Scotch Bonnet peppers to deliver a light, fruity, intense heat. Many tears were shed during the testing phase of this one. Great on sandwiches, chicken, and pork.
JA'Mun Mustard:
________
This sauce was made by accident, and we are so glad it happened. While tinkering with mustard recipes we decided to add some unique Jamaican inspired flavor. Throw in some medium-high heat and SourceFire's first mustard was born. You have to try it for yourself, but the Cajun / Caribbean flavors add a unique twist to this sauce. Great on any sandwich, chicken, pork, or any quinoa or rice dish.
