Let’s face it, holiday side dishes can be boring. It’s time to Super Side! In this hands-on class with Chef Thi we’ll make three gorgeous side dishes curated to accompany, meat, fish, poultry or vegetarian entrees. The menu includes fluffy, golden brown Duchess parsnip potatoes, roasted winter squash with brown butter pecan crumble and a gorgeous winter salad with pomegranate molasses dressing. Your guests might remember these sides more than anything else you serve!

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
