Boston, MA– Boston-based adult hockey league StinkySocks Hockey announced its plans to commemorate 10 years of providing a premier recreational hockey experience at a celebratory "Hockey on Yawkey Benefit" in support of the Bruins Foundation and Good Sports on January 13. The event will transform the iconic Fenway Park into a winter wonderland, with the charity benefit being held at the State Street Pavilion Club.
StinkySocks Hockey estimates that over 450 people will be in attendance to enjoy live music, ballpark-inspired food, auction items, and more – all with an aerial view of the StinkySocks Hockey games that will be played on the ice rink at field level.
From 7PM to 8PM, gold ticket holders will have access to an exclusive gathering in the State Street Pavilion Club with the opportunity to mingle with the likes of Boston Bruins Alumni, anthem singer Rene Rancourt, and other special guests, all while enjoying drinks, h’orderves, and a live acoustic performance. The evening continues with general admission at 8PM, with live entertainment provided by 80’s cover band Fast Times. Special appearances, raffle and auction items, and more, will be offered throughout the night.
StinkySocks Hockey has made it a priority to have a charitable component to their events whenever possible, generating tens of thousands of dollars annually to support worthy causes. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Bruins Foundation and Good Sports to give underprivileged children the opportunity to get in the game.
Tickets start at just $50 and are available at www.hockeonyawkey.com.
