Hiking Navigation Class with Two Follow-up Hikes
Learn to navigate the outdoors with this Wednesday 6-9 pm evening class and two follow up hikes. You’ll be exposed to methods that will help you traverse the woods and mountains without relying on a cellphone. This class will also have two follow-up hikes, TBD. Both hikes will utilize the skills learned in this class.

You will need the following equipment for the class:
If you have a compass, bring one. If not, no worries, we'll borrow and advise on future purchases

Aaron Cohen will be leading the course. He is a former US Army Reserve, Maintenance Management Platoon Leader as well as a former California National Guard, Infantry Company Executive Officer with 25 years of experience hiking and backpacking throughout California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Texas, and Arizona. In addition to his experience on land, Aaron is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer with experience in deep diving, wreck diving, cave diving, and drift diving. Some of his other interests include kayaking, downhill skiing, writing, reading, photography, and XC skiing.
