Hike the Supermoon in Crane Beach where this celestial body appears closer than usual throughout the year. As the Moon makes its closest way to Earth, we’ll move underneath throughout sand dunes. Extra bonus? This bad boy will also be eclipsing! However, that will happen around 11:41 PM, several hours after the official hike has ended, so depending on participants’ courage to face a Sunday night, everyone could go out for dinner and wait for the eclipse.


You should bring warm clothing with multiple layers as this jaunt will be happening on the beach with wind. Sturdy and warm boots should be worn along with non-cotton socks (to remain driest). No previous experience in hiking is needed, but you should practice your night shots with your camera for the best pictures that night.
