Rogers Ledge is a prominent knob on a northwest to southeast ridge located along the Pilot Range and on the 52 WAV list. It offers incredible views and it's northern locale in the White Mountains make it a less busy peak for hikers. The ledge offers views of the Carter-Moriah range, Mahoosuc Mountains, Presidential's and Mount Cabot. The plan is to hike the Unknown Pond Trail to the pond itself before reaching the junction with the Kilkenny Ridge Trail. We'll take the Kilkenny Ridge Trail to Rogers Ledge and backtrack afterwards. The total distance of this hike is 9.3 miles with 3,000 ft. of elevation gain.
