Tonight is all about our besties from western MA. Come spend a little time with Highlawn Farm! Their farming practices are kinder than you can imagine, their animals get the full spa treatment, and from all that and more you get some tasty, tasty dairy. This dairy has been operating for over 100 years(!) and it all started with a little love and a lot of cow. Taste through a menu of their cheeses paired alongside regional wines and pairings, meet the people behind the operation, and put to rest any belief you have that dairy farming isn’t one of the most bada** ways to spend your time.

All class tickets include drink, cheese, and pairing flights, an interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
