All levels welcome!
Expect to spend 15 minutes warming up and moving across the floor followed by just over an hour of learning choreography and optional filming at the end of class followed by an open heels dance party. In this class you have the opportunity to build choreo retention and practice heels expression while learning original choreography and expanding your network in the heels community. After class we’ll keep the music bumping and choose to keep your heels on or take them off while continuing to move across the dance floor.
As always, class is a judgment free zone where everyone is welcomed with love and support! Heels are recommended, not required, and kneepads suggested.
About Liv:
Liv has trained in the style of Heels across the United States from the West to East coast. She has instructor training and certification in swimming, golf, and personal training, but her heart is on the dance floor in a stiletto. Heels dance is a unique opportunity to tap into your feminine energy and build confidence while having fun! Liv prides herself on creating a safe space for dancers of all levels in a judgment free zone where everyone is welcomed with love and support.
Studio 7 is an ADA compliant street-level studio and reception space. There are 2 single stall restrooms with 1 handicap accessible.
