Join Boston Team Handball for an exciting health & wellness and youth team handball event!


We will have a youth clinic for kids (age 8 - 16) to learn about the incredible sport of team handball!


For the adults, we'll have bootcamp-style workout sessions to help you reach your fitness goals, as well as wellness workshops to promote good nutrition and healthy eating.
