Join Chef Kelcy this fall for an interactive and delicious cooking demonstration with LexMedia! Dive into the secrets of creating foolproof crispy skin chicken thighs and learn how easy it is to make pierogies from Chef Kelcy’s cherished family recipe—one she’s been perfecting since childhood. The event will also feature local bread and butter and a simple salad with maple orange vinaigrette. Discover the versatility of pierogies as we talk about traditional and inspired fillings, and enjoy a flavorful, fun experience you won’t want to miss!

This class is BYOB - feel free to bring your favorite beer or bottle of wine, especially if it would pair well with the dishes.

Chef Kelcy is a Lowell-based chef and educator who emphasizes seasonal eating and community support. She provides private cooking classes and hosts intimate dinner parties. As the Farm Chef at Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester, MA, she conducts educational programs for all ages and creates delightful farm-to-table food experiences.
