Each year Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB) puts on the Intercollegiate Business Convention (IBC), the largest student-run business conference in the world for women, seeking to empower and educate roughly 1,000 college women interested in business. It is a day of focused programming focusing on gender equity in the workplace. IBC 2019 will be held on Sunday, October 27th, 2019 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, MA, and feature four incredible keynote speakers:


*Cathy Engelbert (Former CEO, Deloitte, and Commissioner, WNBA)
*Stephanie Cohen (Chief Strategy Officer, Goldman Sachs)
*Gwynne Shotwell (President and COO, SpaceX)
