Harpoon Brewing artisan rosemary spent grain breadmaking class
About this Event
Gather your friends and meet us at Harpoon Brewing Company! At the end of the brewer’s day we will use their fresh spent grain and work it into a stunning boule bread. High in protein, high in fiber and low in carbs, this showstopper of a bread can be achieved by even the most inexperienced bakers.
Join us for this fun and instructional class to make your own spent grain bread.
Class includes:
Bread and butter sampling with different types of butters.
Lecture and hands-on instruction to make artisan rosemary spent grain bread.
