Description:Join Professor John Shirley from UMass Lowell and Newburyport music staple Jason Novak to learn and jam in a friendly, open environment. All ages and experience levels welcome; from complete beginners through experienced players. Harmonicas will be available on site from $2-20 (free for kids under 12 while supplies last), with the generous sponsorship of Hohner Music, or bring your own (10-hole in C). Classes start June 4th, running through July 16th, meeting Monday nights at 6pm outside the south entrance of Cheers. Come early to hear harmonica performances or to jam with instructors or other participants (starting at 5:30pm).
