The Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) and Berklee have partnered for more than 10 years for Harborwalk Sounds at the ICA. Performances are free and open to the public on Thursday nights at 6:00 p.m. Located in a breathtaking waterfront building, the ICA is one of Boston’s most popular summertime destinations for visual art and performance. Experience the museum’s dynamic exhibitions -- it's free after 5 p.m. on Thursdays -- then head to the ICA’s outdoor grandstand to enjoy standout talent from Berklee.


Riddim Symphony

Riddim Symphony is an authentic soca, calypso, and reggae band based in Boston, Massachusetts, and founded by Berklee College of Music students. Many group members are natives of or have family roots in the Caribbean islands.


Sheila del Bosque

Born in 1994 in Havana, Sheila del Bosque is one of the most in-demand young flutists in Cuba. Her music features contemporary and traditional Afro-Cuban music with the influence of European and jazz ingredients.


One Drop: A Bob Marley Tribute

One Drop: A Bob Marley Tribute is a large band featuring local musicians and Berklee College of Music students and alumni. Founded and led by drummer Luke Appleton-Webster, its mission is to faithfully present the repertoire of Bob Marley and the Wailers.

Tristan Simone, born in Spain, is a sociopolitical hip-hop rapper and jazz artist who performs in Spanish and English.


Dreion

Dreion is a vocalist, songwriter, and performing artist from Omaha, Nebraska. As a student at Berklee College of Music, majoring in songwriting with a minor in Africana studies, he balances his academic and performing life with being a husband and a father.


Clave & Blues

Clave & Blues is a Cuban and Latin jazz band that performs a contemporary mixture of Afro-Cuban rhythms, blues, R&B, and world music.


Them Fantasies

Them Fantasies, an indie/alt rock trio from Boston, Massachusetts, merges styles from alternative rock, punk, classic rock and blues/jazz, indie rock, gospel, and R&B.


Malaya

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Malaya first captured attention when she placed in the top eight on season 13 of American Idol. She is pursuing a solo career as an electronic soul singer-songwriter, and is inspired by India.Arie, Bryson Tiller, and Aretha Franklin.
