Winter snow creates a canvas that paints a picture of animal activity. We will follow these signs to learn about how animals survive the winter at the BNC. This leisurely guided hike includes snowshoe instructions and a walk on one of the trails with a Teacher Naturalist. Bring your own snowshoes or use ours. To ensure availability, please call ahead. If there is no snow on the ground, join us for a regular guided walk.
This program will be held entirely outdoors, so please bring rain and cold weather gear as needed. In the case of inclement, every effort will be made to reschedule the event.
PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 15 pre-registered participants. Participants are required to wear a face covering when less than six feet apart, and when entering the building, and follow social distancing guidelines.
This program is free if you are a member of Dot Rx. Please email [email protected] to register.
Registration is required.
