On Tuesday night, March 27th, UNI’s James Beard Award nominated Chef/Partners, Tony Messina and Ken Oringer will welcome the talented team behind Kinoene Brewing as guest sake sommeliers. During regular dinner service for one night only, the Kinoene team will be onsite speaking about their products, including UNI favorite, Yuagari Yuzu, and pouring flights of their sake varieties.
