Grove Hall Wellness Week at Stop & Shop

Join Stop & Shop for its inaugural Grove Hall Wellness Week! From Sunday, August 13 through Saturday, August 19, the Grove Hall Stop & Shop located at 460 Blue Hill Ave. is hosting daily events focused on promoting wellness in all forms.

The free events are open to all and will include a variety of engaging programming, including wellness resources, cooking demonstrations and sampling, and children's activities.

The full lineup includes:

Sunday, 8/13 | 12pm – 4pm

• Visit the Stop & Shop mobile truck for healthy samples and giveaways
• Kids Zone in the Wellness Space offering arts & crafts, face painting, and health snacks
• Stop & Shop Pharmacy immunizations, screenings, and medication reviews

Monday, 8/14 | 2pm – 3pm

• Healthy cooking demo in the store’s Wellness Space, including gift cards for customers (Space limited)
• Delicious “Our Picks” samples of health-conscious foods throughout the store

Tuesday, 8/15 | 9am – 12pm

• Assisted SNAP (EBT) and WIC enrollment
• Stop & Shop hiring event

Wednesday (Miércoles), 8/16 | 11am & 2pm

• Demonstración de alimentos “Salud y Sabo ren la Cocina”, incluye tarjetas de regalos para clients (Espacio limitado)

Thursday, 8/17 | 1pm – 4pm

• Assisted SNAP (EBT) and WIC enrollment
• Stop & Shop hiring event

Friday, 8/18 | 11am & 2pm

• Grocery tours with Stop & Shop Nutrition Partners and Flashfood, highlighting tips and tricks for shopping on a budget and including free gift cards for customers (Space limited)

Saturday, 8/19 | 12pm – 3pm

• Live music, movement, and community building hosted by A Trike Called Funk
• Snacks and beverages in the Wellness Space
• Stop & Shop Pharmacy immunizations, screenings, and medication reviews
• Opportunities to engage and learn about local health and wellness organizations
