The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of New England annual Greek Festival continues as it approaches its 120th year in Boston. The Festival is in its Brookline Office and Event property at 162 Goddard Ave. Brookline, MA. Free to the public, and free parking, it will offer raffles, kids events, attic treasures, traditional Greek Pastry and Cuisine. A traditional Taverna outdoors if you want a quiet moment while at the festival. We will have a wine tasting event from 4-6PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday by the renowned restaurant Limani in Chestnut Hill, MA. Also local chef with one of his restaurants Sweet Basil, Dave Becker prepare our traditional Greek Lamb Shank for our guests. Enjoy the Attic treasures indoors, Kafeneo, a slide show of our sponsors, images of Greece and past festivals at the Cathedral Grounds. Free shuttle from Hellenic College to the festival grounds, a minute away from the festival. But parking at the Park School, Avon Street by the Lars Anderson Estate is open to the public. Boutiques for your shopping pleasure indoors at our large Center Hall. Most of all Greek Dancing, with our Greek Bands, Orfeas, Friday and Saturday, and Taximi on Sunday. Also the Athas Brothers will tune up their DJ tunes to dance by in between the bands. So enjoy dancing and listening to Greek music on all three days. The metropolis Dance Group, a professional Youth Dance Group will perform for our guests on Saturday night with traditional Greek Folk Dances approximately 6PM to 8PM. At which point the dance group asks all our guests to participate in dancing. Enjoy your visit to the largest Greek Festival in New England.
