Join the Boston Public Library for a lecture and cooking demonstration about ancient grains — their history, their health benefits, how to cook them, and the many flavors grains have to offer!
The chief culinary instructor and executive officer of gogobytes, Glorya Fernandez is a culinary visionary. Using vibrant produce, healing herbs, spices, and simple cooking techniques, she develops delicious cuisines that are also delectable and highly nutritious.
This event is a cooking demonstration and lecture only, participants should not expect to cook-along. All ages are welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
