Glorya Fernandez of gogobytes will teach us about ancient grains—their history, their health benefits, how to cook them as well as the many flavors grains have to offer!

Glorya is the chief culinary instructor and executive officer of Gogobytes. A visionary Culinary Instructor who develops delicious cuisines to demonstrate how they create highly nutritious meals using vibrant produce, healing herbs, spices, and simple cooking techniques. She is very passionate about building healthy eating habits and leveraging the knowledge of event planning and food demonstrations to create food-focused programs and events.
She has taught A Taste of African Heritage for Highschoolers with Afrimerican Culture Initiative Inc and has presented live cooking demonstrations for the City of Boston/Age Strong, Dana Farber Cancer Institute with Madison Park CDC, YMCA of Greater Boston, Whole Foods, and The Food Project.
