Join the Good Sports Boston Young Professionals Board for a first of its kind Brew & Crew event!

Good Sports has teamed up with Community Rowing, Inc for a first of its kind fitness event to help get more kids in the game. Join us on Sunday April 8th at 3:30pm for a unique workout experience followed by a local craft-beer tasting. Guests will enjoy an indoor rowing session with a CRI coach and video at their beautiful facility in Brighton. Community Rowing, Inc. (CRI) changes lives and communities by providing access to the sport of rowing and its profound social benefits. “Rowing for All” is their mission, and they are especially committed to delivering rowing to groups who can benefit from the social and health outcomes of the unique sport.


After the workout is complete stick around for a beer tasting with Brazo Fuerte, a Watertown-based craft beer company. Founder Beverly Armstrong, a Massachusetts resident and rugby player, had a quest to brew the perfect “post-game” beer. To find this beer, Bev started brewing Session beers which are approachable while still full-flavored. Their craft beer is brewed with ingredients you feel great about consuming. By sourcing as locally as possible and thinking thoroughly through their brewing cycle and business practices, they aim to lower their impact on the earth.
