Glow with the flow! Yoga in the dark under "black lights" wear something fun with white in it to "glow". Glow sticks and fun accessories will be provided. :-)


Through out the flow, modifications and variations will be offered to cater to different levels of experience and physical abilities. Safety precautions and proper alignment will be emphasized during the poses. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and practice mindfully, avoiding any pain or discomfort.
