Glow Yoga Fusion is Boston's Best glow-in-the-dark yoga dance experience!
GYF combines a power yoga flow with core, cardio, partner exercises ... and even a dance breakdown!
Expect to sweat, flow, and groove in this high-intensity, fun class.
Join the creators of Glow Yoga Fusion, yoga instructors Kevin Groenjes and Stefan Kalin as they lead you through a fun flow complete with glow sticks, glow paint, and black lights.
Doors open at 8pm for glow painting, trying healthy snacks from our sponsors, and socializing with other glow yogis.
9pm - 10pm Kevin and Stefan teach the signature Glow Yoga Fusion experience
10pm - 12am The floor opens up to a full on dance party with giveaways and prizes announced throughout the night.
*You can stay for just the yoga, or join after the yoga and just dance :)

All levels welcome!
You can bring your own yoga mat, or rent one when you arrive.
