GLOW barre3 at Big Night Live

Big Night Live is hosting its first-ever barre class with woman-owned studio barre3. This a full-body balanced workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Each class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. And this one has a twist - Glow in the dark, LED Flower Crowns, and a complimentary drink after!

Never done barre3? It's not your average barre class - so expect to be surprised, have a great time, and experience muscle & mind engagement like never before. Plus amazing beat-driven music in Boston's best night live venue.

Bring your own mat, towel, and water so you can detox before the margarita retox. 

This will be a propless work out - but we will have plenty of glow sticks, LED Flower crowns, and glow body paint so we can light up the room! Wear your brightest neon. This isn’t just a fitness class. It’s a party with all your friends. Let’s have some fun.
