The Girl Up Boston Coalition is thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting our first virtual event of the school year - a Crash Course on starting and running a Girl Up club! We’ll be covering everything from what Girl Up does to how to run your club online during this pandemic. It will be a great event to connect with the leaders of the Coalition, ask any questions you might have, and kick off an amazing year of advocacy for gender equality! High school, middle school, and college students are welcome. 


As a campaign of the United Nations Foundation founded in 2010, Girl Up has worked with over 75,000 girls and currently has over 4,000 clubs in 125 countries and all 50 states. Girl Up is a global movement of empowered young women leaders who defend gender equality. Through leadership development training, Girl Up gives girls the resources and platform to start a movement for social change wherever they are.
