Grains are a healthy, wholesome way to take any dish to the next level. They can be used in a variety of ways to add bite to a salad, as a base for roasted veggies, and served chilled or warm. Join Chef Thi in the kitchen as she gets granular with a class focused on the versatility of grains. You’ll learn how to make Quinoa Vegetable Fritters with a Roasted Red Pepper Coulis, Wheatberry Mushroom Salad with Sundried Tomatoes, and Bulgur Beef Sliders with Pickled Red Onions.
