Join Eleonora for 1-hour of gentle yoga practice immersed in the Greenway’s Fall atmosphere. Yoga, which means union, is a great way to feel more connected with the nature around us. We’ll practice Sun salutation, Moon salutation, Tree pose, and other movements, asanas, and meditations connected with Mother Earth. This class is suitable for every level, Eleonora will offer modifications to meet everyone where they are.

 

Please bring a mat (and all the props you usually use). A few mats and blocks will be available on-site. Learn more and register here.
