Join Eleonora for this gentle yoga practice immersed in the Greenway's Fall atmosphere. Yoga, that means union, is a great way to feel more connected with the nature around us. We'll practice Sun salutation, Moon salutation, Tree pose, and other movements, asanas and meditations connected with Mother Earth.
This class is suitable for every level and every body. Eleonora will offer modifications to meet everyone where they are.
Please bring a mat (and all the props you usually use). A few mats and blocks will be available on site.

Eleonora is a yoga teacher with more than 500 hours of training recognized by Yoga Alliance. She specializes in inclusive, trauma informed yoga among other skills. She is currently enrolled in school to become a yoga therapist. Eleonora is also a Theatre Artist. She is the artistic co-director of the only Italian Theatre Company in NE.
