Join graduate student intern Cheyanne Stunger for a deep dive into Günther Uecker’s work Spiral White (1963). Stunger will share how Uecker’s dynamic use of the common household nail activates a delicate interplay between light and shadow and expresses the contradictions of a postwar German artist.
Led by:
Cheyanne Stunger, graduate student intern, Division of Modern and Contemporary Art
